"They need to check their automated phone system, you can never get through"
"CRR has been instrumental in managing the accounting function at Suffolk Downs for many years. CRR provides outsourced CFO services as well as outsourced senior accountant services, saving us valuable time and allowing us to focus on other important matters. Additionally, we rely on CRR to ensure that we are compliant with any and all tax and regulatory issues. CRR has always provided excellent customer service, and is a vital member of our management team."
"Bad experience, Was told they could my taxes. Was told there was a conflict of interest I was unaware of but assured me they could still my corporate return regardless of this supposed conflict. They schedule and have me come in. They take all my confidential information and still tell me everything is good and they would be in touch. This beginning of February I was diligent and trying to stay ahead because I wanted to get my taxes done on time. Then email me a few days later and tell me they cant help me. Tough luck go find someone else. Big waist of my time and it has been difficult finding another CPA. Then they refused to tell me why they could not complete my return as promised. I just wanted answer as to why. Why did they waist my time like this and then speak to me very rudely when i just wanted an answer as why they did this. Waisting my time, not being honest with me since the beginning, and then being extremely rude to in our last conversation. Very unprofessional and very bad experience."
"Not happy with the work provided by Mr. Daigle and Mr. Smith at this firm. We were told that we did not have to file with a particular state but it turned out that we did and ended up paying a penalty. The two accountants did not reply to our emails when we sent the state letter to them and we had to file the late returns ourselves. Needless to say, not going back to this firm."
"I'm a small business owner and recently had a consultation with Keith at CRR. He was generous with his time, meeting me at 7AM during the busiest time of his year. He is exceptionally knowledgeable, personable (and not just for an accountant), and he was able to help me determine for myself how to best navigate the uncertain waters of residential rental tax code among other other questions."
