After filling out a mountain of paperwork to have an account closed, and the funds withdrawn after the death of a family member (and being reassured numerous times that the account would indeed be closed and NOT re-invested), the accounts have been blundered twice and re-invested without my permission. Now, thanks to the market, those funds are also losing value and being charged service fees. Nearly $1,000 dollars lost to date. I can't wait to have my money out of the hands of this group. If only I could get a hold of them in a timely manner..."
