"I was a manager of a store that Gordon Brothers liquidated. The rep that was assigned to my store was very unprofessional, rude and talked to me like I was 10. Of course I had to put her in her place. But I heard from other managers they were treated the same way by the reps assigned to their store. You should train your reps to be professional!! They are like uneducated scavengers."

"Earlier this morning I seen a piece of construction equipment on FB marketplace approximately $175 less than its normal retail value being liquidated at an AC Moore in Warrington pa. I reached out to Juan Suarez Who is handling the sale. I asked him what time I could meet. He told me the store opens at 9 AM till 9 PM. I told him I would meet him at 9 AM. I drove over an hour and was at the store at 9 AM. He was nowhere to be found and the store personnel told me they couldn’t sell the equipment until they were done with it sometime in March. I messaged Juan to see what was going on and he ignored my messages so I reached out to AC Moore HR department and made a complaint. I also left a message for the HR department of Gordon brothers with no return call. I left the store with no equipment and out probably 50 or $60 out of pocket for fuel and tolls. No integrity and lack of common courtesy. All you had to do was send a message stating that the equipment wouldn’t be available until the final closing"
