"THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE! Please heed my warning. They will do NOTHING to help you. After being enrolled with them for more then 21 months, none of my debt was settled, I started receiving judgements, and my wages were going to be garnished. When I reached out to them regarding these things, they were nasty and liars. Then they tried to get me to take out some joke loan with an interest rate in the 30's, for MORE then what I even enrolled with, with a payment there was NO way I could afford. I sent them more then $18,000.00 and nothing at all was done. I would ask them to show me what they had settled, and Donna sent me some bogus email saying all these debts were settled, when we come to find out they were not, just MORE lies. In the end I had to file bankruptcy to stop the garnishments. Not to mention do you know how embarrassing it is for your employer to receive letters from attorneys office's regarding this. This company should be able to remain in business. PLEASE listen to me! I did everything right, even though I know they will come back and say I didn't, believe, the same thing will happen to you. DO not fall for this. If anything I want to be able to help people who are in the same situation as me, find another way!! PLEASE!"

"Elite Financial is using illegal marketing tactics to gain customers. I was sent a mass text message telling me my "Pandemic Debt Relief Benefits Package was pending termination." When I called the phone number, they tried to sell me on their debt relief service. When I told them they violated the TCPA and my privacy rights by sending me this message without my consent, they tried to tell me I opted in to receive info and attempted to fake the opt-in detail to avoid legal action. I would advise against working with a company like this that will violate laws and lie about it."
