"Me and Matt met back in 2018 when I started my journey at Seaportacademy oh, and he was a clinical intern then Although he wasn’t my counselor, he made a great impact on me and my life growing up I didn’t really trust men but he got me to trust him I was hesitant at first to trust Matt but that quickly changed he made me feel safe when I didn’t have much safe places or relationships. the school trips that Mat would take me on would forever changed my life for the better I had so much fun and I learned so much from Matt on these trips in the first person that I came out as gay to was Mat on the Lassen volcanic national Park in California trip back in 2019"
