"Horrible! I had Steve do my taxes for a couple of years. I had a simple question that was time sensitive. He didn’t return any of my calls until I threatened to report him. I had given him my personal email, which I had kept spam free for 20 years by not giving it to any companies. He sent my info via a commercial tax portal and I have been inundated by spam ever since. I switched accountants and my new accountant found several serious errors on last year’s return, for example, he counted my home mortgage twice and wrote off things like a defined benefit plan that I didn’t have. He also charged quite a bit more than others. You’d think for the amount he charged he would at least be accurate! I wouldn’t go anywhere near this guy!"
