"There was an extra charge on my tax return through H&R which was a significant amount. I got tossed around on phone and was not sure how long it would take to get the funds. I brought it to the attention of the office manager Dan Sharpley at this location just so my tax pro, Cynthia Baptista, would be able to help with the problem but on the same day Dan called me and told me he had figured out everything and that I will receive my money tomorrow morning and I will have all my taxes!! Big shout out to Dan for his help really is passionate about his job and helping people!! Thanks to him we can pay for our new apartment!!"

"I called yesterday and I made two appointments one for myself and one for my fiance. I called today to cancel my fiance appointment because he's going to file by paper. They explain to me we do not have a appointment on the 15th at 1130 and 12pm. And she tries to check our numbers and names still nothing. Keeps reporting we have nothing. Then it's just silence. And she doesn't know what to do. I just thank her I'm all set. Could they at least maybe offer to make appointment for real maybe next time to someone else because you completely lost me on the basic making a appointment process. Also the app isnt helping me this is why I made appointment. Also I have the email they sent me too confirming my appointment here. What is going on?"
