"Worst experience I have had in my life filing taxes. I came to Jeff because my prior tax preparer retired and suggested him. He never returns calls,texts,emails. It takes weeks .he is always unavailable. I gave him my documents on May 9th which was 3 weeks past deadline because I had lost a w2 in the mail and had to wait for a copy and he took 6 weeks to file my and my daughters taxes and in the meantime I had contacted him multiple times and got no response about what was going on with my taxes. Then after filing I received a letter saying my daughters taxes were missing information and needs to be fixed. I have emailed him a few times i still have not heard back from him. I have called left messages and got nothing. Then I received a late filing bill for 472$ which I'm extremely upset about. He had my taxes for 6 weeks until he filed them and never got an extension for me. He knew they were late when I dropped them off so why wouldn't he file an extension especially knowing he was not going to do them for 6 more weeks. This is the worst unprofessional experience I have ever had."

"Very professional, but personable as well. I made several mistakes and Jeff not only caught them, he quickly let me know, and corrected them. He also answered all my tax questions that weren't relevant to my return, but were of interest to me. I can't say enough about Jeff and how amazing the experience was."

"I noticed NFS driving by one day and thought for the look of the building and advertising. They had a lot to offer for individuals and small businesses I was looking to switch CPAs to a more local area. I tried calling and leaving a few messages, but nobody answered so I had to drive down there and see someone in person. I meet Jeff very briefly. Unfortunately he was too busy to take an actual appointment to get know each other witch was fine with me all I was looking for was to get my taxes done on time which he did and overall I’m happy with his services. The only thing I’m confused about is they have two ladies in the front office but nobody can answer the phone? Oh and his price was fair."
