"My top destination for paint. Always get good quality paint, color mixing, etc here. They also have other highest-tier quality products for wood finishing - urethanes, spar urethanes, polys, shellac, etc. They're very knowledgeable in paint and pretty knowledgeable in wood stains/finishes. Folks at Rockler might be more opinionated regarding wood clearcoat finishes if are looking for that sort of advice, though have yet to personally test finishes/techniques."

"If you are looking to do a job using Ben Moore paint, this is the store to go to in the Greater Boston area. Staff are super knowledgeable and they have all options of color, base, etc.. A google search for "Benjamin Moore near me" brought me to a Sherman Williams in Newton Centre (?) and a National Lumber in Newton that is switching over to California paints. Save your time and go right to the source!"
"My family has been coming here for YEARS. They have great paint selections. The staff is very informative and knowledgeable. You get a discount if you are a contractor but the prices for normal buyers are pretty much the same anywhere. They can be flexible on smaller returns since they are a small shop which is nice. Overall I've bought a ton of paint from here and I'll continue to give them my business."
