"I have used these accountants for the past 3 or 4 years. Anyone who has asked me for a recommendation for a good accountant I have referred here. I have had no issues up until this year. I always go in early as I like to get everything out of the way. This year I went in the first week of February. I was told since I changed from a DBA to an SCorp (at the advice of these accountants) that the taxes would take a bit longer to do than in the time we had scheduled (60min). I said that was fine and left. I have been calling them about every week since. My taxes are still not done and it is April 15th. I have been told by the receptionist that the owner Tom had filed an extension for my business taxes and that my personal taxes can't be complete until those are done. I understand this were more complicated and I would completely understand if there was some more communication about this but no one will return my phone calls/emails etc. This is completely unacceptable."
