"The T.W. Nickerson crew did a great job with our property face lift project. The project included regrading the yard, adding about 160 yards of loom, hydro seeding, regrading driveway, crushed stone, cobblestone perimeter and granite walkway. One contractor was the only way to with the different grades and making everything look right. The T.W. Nickerson crew worked together in a coordinated manner. Customer service and communication was very good !"

"Dropped a cord of dirty, heavy firewood, complained and they actually sent a guy to remove and dump another load of dirty heavy firewood. Office folks were good but the driver was argumentative and rude."

"I purchased around 40 yards of their loam for my yard. The price was reasonable and it looked like good material, which they mix themselves. I also had them hydroseed my lawn. The lawn came in pretty quickly but after a month or so the weeds were out of control. I'm not sure if they came in with the loam or if the hydroseeding was loaded with weed seed. Needless to say I am not very happy. So buyer beware."

"Ordered 6 yards of black bark mulch. Delivery on-time and price was good. After spreading the mulch, it eventually dried brown. Went back to TW Nickerson, with photos, and not only was I assured this was black bark but this is how it is, it dries brown. Do you think that detail is important to know before purchasing?"

"I appreciate this company for giving fair prices for all of the services they offer. They are very upfront and honest about what they can provide, and what they cannot. You'll notice all of their prices and dumping fees are listed on their website.... something many other companies are not willing to do (in hopes they can nickle and dime you in the process). My most recent transaction with T.W. was a delivery of seven yards of mulch. The mulch was delivered on time and the driver was very friendly and accommodating to where I wanted the load dropped off. The mulch itself was of average quality, but I did order the cheapest mulch they had to offer. Overall would recommend if you want up front prices with no BS."
