I’m not sure what’s going on with the company now, but their customer service is horrible, so much so that they don’t need to talk to me, and they can hang up in the middle of our conversation. This is a shame. They have done some high-quality work for me in the past. They have become so successful that they do not need to service the smaller accounts."

"I ask Pro Fence to install an outdoor shower stall for us and have to say I am more than pleased with the installation....... I've been in the construction industry for 35 years and take notice when a worker or a company pays attention to detail and quality that is a rarity in today's market. I stopped by in early spring 2001 and asked if they could install a shower stall for us and do to Covid 19, I knew that construction materials was at a premium labor was scarce and that just getting somebody to do something for you in the construction industry was difficult. Well they did exactly what they told me they were going to do in the time frame they said they could get it done with no extra cost. The installation was top notch they were able to remove my old shower stall which was custom built, build a new shower stall in the same footprint without disturbing any the existing groundwork. They also noticed that I had a hook on my existing shower for our hammock and reinstall the hook at the location it was before. In today's market finding reputabley company that does quality work is difficult. It's nice to see a company hold themselves to a higher standard. John R."

"The fence looks good thus the one star. But working with this company was one big aggravation. Other than the gentlemen doing the quote and the Scheduler I found the employees to be rude and unprofessional. A certain member of the crew was argumentative, dismissive, unhelpful and downright rude. The office personnel were not much better."
