"Buyers beware!!! Salesperson - Danny was great. The problem was in the shower unit they ordered... Aquatic Bath... delivery was supposed to be 5-6 weeks... after 5 weeks i called to get an update and they didn't know where it was... it took 7 weeks to get to the staging location in MASS. Then, i found out it arrived with damage from the manufacturing process which took 2 weeks to diagnose and determine that they could not made the repairs! So after 9 weeks I still have no shower... Danny helped find another manufacturer's Unit with the same specs I requested and it took 3 1/2 weeks to deliver. 13 weeks to get a shower unit is not acceptable to me and when I asked for some kind of compensation for the delays and inconvenience i was told they would talk about it....it's been another 2 weeks and I guess they are still talking because I haven't received a callback or any return of payment."
