"We have been staying here for the past 3 summers , I honestly don’t know why we did that , we are very outdoor type of family and we basically just needed a place to sleep at somewhere not too far from all the beaches! The cottages are old and dirty , beds are very uncomfortable, painful really! The location is nice but everything else is sadly not ! This could be a top location if the cottage would be updated and maintained! Beth is also not helping the business I’m sure extremely rude and just not pleasant! I think the location was the reason why we stayed here! We have 3 kids ( who at home share a room as well ) we didn’t have problems for the first 3 years booking a 2 bedroom cottage ( which honestly is more then enough as we just sleep there) but Beth told us we couldn’t rent one onlyva 3 bedroom one would be fine which is almost double the money ! I asked her why? And she said it’s the rules ( but prior years she would laugh and say ohh it’s fine ) I reminded her of her words which she denied! I guess for that money I can stay at a much more beautiful and comfortable cottage so we decided it’s just not worth it! We always had to clean everything from top to bottom at arrivals, we always cleaned up , we are not loud , we don’t drink smoke ect . Just gone and go sleep and repeat if that is a problem then we shouldn’t be there regardless! If your looking for a painful back and ride sketchy front desk person this is for you ! Goodbye Denise seashore, and goodbye Beth I hope they fire you do they can have better business! We did voice our concerns, it was always dirty when we arrived! Why don’t you mention how you let us stay there with 3 kids : years and then when only 2 cottages were available you wanted us to rent the more expensive one! Beth is evil , a lair and no costumer service skill! There is also rats on the property beware!!!"
