Reviews
"On phone, waited, then not friendly nor helpful."
"Very helpful information center. It's a couple of blocks from the pier, past the Town Hall and then turn left. Stopping in will get you quickly oriented and filled in on the places to see and things to do. Had a nice conversation with Ken, the gentleman on duty at the time, and got a couple of pamphlets that were helpful. We had very limited time on Nantucket, and ended up spending it at the Whaling Museum which was right close by. Would have loved to spend much more time on the island, Ken filled us in on so much more we would have liked to have seen. Late fall trips just don't permit as much sightseeing as would be possible in the summer months."
"We just stayed in Nantucket from June 27 to July 1st, and visited the visitor center at 25 Federal Street several times to obtain information and advise. The lady working there is very nice, friendly, helpful, and professional. She is one of the best customer service personnel at all visitor centers."
"Visited on a Wednesday in early June, so right before the season really takes off and on an off day. They were very helpful and informative. The bathrooms were clean and free. Great first stop when you arrive on the island."
"I visited Nantucket on August 9, 2017 and was totally disgusted with the restrooms. I realize you have a ton of people using them, but they needed a lot of attention on this day. I was not impressed at all."
