"If anyone wants to see the work he has done you could just come to any house in arbor ridge. Half of them have been ripped up within 6 months of being built. I have video of him acknowledging he messed our floors up, disrespecting our personal property while they were supposed to be fixing it and then being mad we had video cameras in our home that caught him. Also he drilled into the waterproofing in our shower while tiling so that needed to be replaced. Backsplash doesn’t even line up. I would avoid at any cost"

"Love the flooring. There were a few minor issues that needed attention and after a few attempts at contacting the company, we've fixed some ourselves and guess we'll learn to live with the rest. Got some emails about returning to look but no one called or came by. Poor professionalism, and absent customer service. This was a big job and I spent a lot of $. I'll not use this co again or recommend to anyone. No excuse for bad customer service. I'm a nurse and there is no room in my field for that,so I'm a bit intolerant there"
