"Customer service was great UNTIL you decide to go back and try to change or cancel your ticket. Walked in today asking if we could make some changes to our flight, without even checking what our ticket was and for when she said no we can not do that....okay how about canceling? Sure if you don’t want any of your money back. NEVER once while booking did she say there was a fee for making changes or that you would get nothing back if you try to get a refund. Proceeds to be rude and nasty when trying to make a dispute. She was so adamant about us paying in cash as well, now I see why. Don’t come here unless you want to get robbed! HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!"
