Pricing was great and customer service was awesome, highly recommend this location as I have bought from LL in other states and locations. Go to the professionals and don't waste your time at the big box stores. LL gives military discount which is greatly appreciated, especially when working with a budget."

"We purchased beautiful flooring and did as recommended for the acclimation time frame in our home. The floor boards cupped and subsequently heaved. Upon filing a claim I was informed that I hadn’t followed the directions and that I was SOL. We purchased the padding that was required, so as to not void our warranty, as we were warned by the sales reps, when I asked if this should be nailed down or glued they said nailed, there was absolutely nothing said about glue and nails being required. I was also informed that the 5 days recommended by the manufacturer was a bare minimum for acclimation. Diane at corporate told me there was no recourse and that we had simply done it incorrectly. I inquired as to why the sales rep didn’t share any of this information, relative to glue AND nails, and her quip was “they can’t possibly remember all those installation requirements.” I will never purchase anything from this company again and neither should you unless you enjoy being treated like an ignorant child. Thanks for an incredibly bad customer service experience Diane and LL Flooring."
