"Went in to buy one fence post, forgot to mention it was round not square, paid $50 "with the hole drilling fee" for one post and left there with the wrong post willing to accept blame for not mentioning this. They didn't have the round one in stock but I found it shortly afterward, went back to them and asked them to drill it, I would gladly pay the fee. The lady in the office flat out refused because I didn't buy it there. Will never go back there for any reason, terrible customer service, although the yard people were nice."
"My experience with this company was terrible. I paid approximately $1500. for a gate and new self closing hardware on 2 existing Gates and the the 3rd new gate. None of the gates self close. Initially, one of the workers showed up and pulled out directions to install the hardware. When he left the gates didn't work. I called the company and the owner was very rude. He eventually came and changed the hardware on one gate which has failed recently. When I told him I was disappointed because the other gates didn't meet the code he told me never to call him again and hung up."
