"Absolutely terrible agency. Just a few pictures of a hotel they booked for us in Barcelona. These pictures sum up the quality of our vacation package — poor. They won’t return our calls or refund us some of our money. We’ll be reporting them to the BBB."

"This agency was a nightmare to work with. I strongly recommend you do not use their services! Their advertisements sell a false story. The hotels they reserved for us in Lisboa, Barcelona and Amsterdam were supposedly 4 star places, but these hotels were dirty, had broken furniture, holes in the wall, no security, poor quality food, and located in sketchy neighborhoods. Our vacation package was supposed to include transportation to/from the airports, food, and payment for the city tours. However, we had to pay for these services out of pocket when we got to each city. Many things they promised us did not happen. I have called this agency multiple times and have gone to visit them in person to hopefully get things rectified. The owner, Emilio, refuses to get back to us. Stay far away from this agency!"
