"I've used Ellen twice now to plan trips - one was a family trip to the Caribbean, and our most recent trip was for my husband and I to travel to London and Paris. Ellen is always responsive, professional, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. For our latest adventure, she booked us 2 beautiful hotels which were centrally located and walking distance to all of the hot spots in each city. She provided options for day trips and took into consideration my bucket list of seeing the Normandy Region in France, including the gorgeous little resort town of Etretat and it's amazing cliffs. And when our flight home was cancelled by the airline 2 days prior, Ellen worked to ensure that we were on a new flight home, seated together, and leaving on the same day. We were able to enjoy the last of our vacation days as we knew that Ellen was handling the details. She kept in constant communication, even with the time difference. Ellen is fantastic, and I wouldn't hesitate to use her again for future travel."
