"I had a very bizarre experience with Kelly the owner this past week. I had a hard time reaching her initially, with no responses for a few days. She did begin to assist me with our trip but last week went MIA for 2 days, said she was sick. No problem. Then this past Friday we continue our planning and she says she’s going out for a bit that evening. The weekend goes by- nothing. Monday morning she was fantastic, we achieved a lot and she was to send me a new proposal. Excellent. Tells me I will have it that night. Monday night goes by and nothing. I sent messages asking to proceed, nothing. Finally yesterday I called her & left a voicemail that I hope everything is ok and everyone is safe and I would really like to get things finalized. If I did not hear back by tomorrow morning (Thursday) I would go with another agent. She blows up my phone with text messages that I threatened her, and she’s been so sick the last 2 days and in and out of consciousness. Then tells me she was doing this for free which is odd because in previous message she explained how commission is already built in the prices and if it’s not used it goes to the hotel. Then says she will sue me if I post a bad review and tells me she sent this to a mutual friend and way to go to burn bridges. Then she blocks me on Facebook and unsends some messages in the message thread. This is not professional at all. It was a nightmare. I have every text to back my story. This was craziness."

"If there was an option for zero stars… I hope you like doing the work yourself…my trip for October was never booked. Lost out on my dream trip to Italy for my birthday. I facilitated all of the flights and hotels (multiple) and the ‘anchor’ part of our trip was left to Kelly…needless to say…I’m having to scramble to fill in a weeks worth of travel between 3 countries because she dropped the ball. I had to remind her to get us information on a regular basis, and in the end, I called the booking agent and she informed me my trip wasn’t actually booked-and the itinerary was full. Delightful…"
