"They came out to measure and after 2 weeks I asked for the estimate. They told me they had no record of coming to measure and had no template for the dining room table. When I tried to get clarification I was treated very disrespectfully by their General Manager. Instead to trying to resolve these issues the General Manager decided to act out and act defensively. At no time did I approve anything and, infact, went elsewhere for the glass work Unfortunately, the front desk did not communicate their lapse in professional conduct and competency to the boss. Rather, they covered their own ineptitude with misstatements. How hard is it to come out, take measurements and make table glass tops........."

"When I ordered I was told it would be 7-10 days for a small piece of glass. I gave them a deposit as requested. 2 weeks and 2 days later I called and I was told it would be ready shortly. Two more weeks go by and I call again. She said she would call me back and I stated I would contact my credit card company to dispute the charge if I did not have the glass in a timely manner. She never called back and this AM I got an email from Beverly Glass that my CC info had been removed from their files. I guess I don’t understand, but beware!! Don’t have my deposit returned yet but I’m hopeful. My CC company had been notified. UPDATE:: After reading your reply below I am appalled at the untruths it contains. I was not told you would be on vacation and I was not told the glass would be ready the next day when I called on 7/27. That being said I am just glad to be out of the situation. I have ordered the glass elsewhere and I’m sorry I wasted a month. The only thing I can say is I hope you take this as a lesson to improve your communication with customers. All could have been avoided had you returned my call 7/27 as you said you would."

"Great experience from the first initial call to the measuring to the installation! Needed to replace broken glass in busy restaurant and having the glass replaced quickly was important. Pam helped me with the special wired glass we needed and with scheduling the tech to come before we opened for business. The installers were polite and knowledgeable which is hard to find nowadays. The work was beautiful! I highly recommend Beverly Glass!!"
