When we had a little glitch with our flight she was able to correct it and communicate with us even though there was a significant time difference. "unfortunately our experience with nancy, the owner of anyplace travel was anything but easy and relaxing. who would have thought over two years after the pandemic, that there are still 11 people in my wedding party who have yet to receive refunds for a flight that was canceled on us. other people that booked with us got their refunds, and because we let a "travel agent" book, we cannot get anywhere and talk directly with the airline. now, over 8 couples are out over 1K because nancy refuses to email me back after emailing more than twice in the last month. we all have been very patient but it now seems like she is just pushing us to the side. DO NOT GO HERE, YOU ARE BETTER OFF DOING IT YOURSELF"

"Anyplace travel promotes going the “extra mile “ for their customers, guaranteed customer satisfaction and a worry and hassle free vacation planning . After reading their website I was excited to support a family owned business and get my trip planned. When the pandemic hit , the borders closed and international travel was banned. Nancy promised she was in touch with airlines and said she would work with us for a refund. However, it was the exact opposite. It was numerous phone calls ( me calling her ) and unanswered emails for over 1 year. When I finally got in touch with her , Nancy unprofessionally told me that her business was losing so much money from all these refunds because of cancellations due to the pandemic and that I SHOULD be more sympathetic. As a customer , I was appalled at the fact that a business owner tried to make me feel that $1000 that I had already paid for should be automatically put towards them because her business was suffering . I am in full support of even getting a voucher to be put towards another trip but that was never even considered. After an unfortunate series of events , the only solution to solve this problem was silence from the business , which has made it even more frustrating . Nancy never tried to make it right but chose to push it aside in hopes we would just forget about it. They did not blink an eye to swipe my credit card and when things didn’t work out , Nancy made no effort to make it right . I was in touch with Italy for months who issued refunds to me for hotels booked ( that weren’t booked through this agency ) and they happily refunded me quicker than any email I got back from Nancy. Sadly, the reputation they promote is invalid and I do not recommend this place to anyone. They are selfish, unreliable and rude."
