We ordered tile to re-do our front entry several years ago, but then Covid hit and we only just got around to having it installed. I had miscalculated what we would need due to some intricate cuts. I called yesterday and Bonnie found my original order, had someone verify that a box from the same lot was available in the warehouse and sent me my receipt and directions within a few minutes.
