I could not see him but I could feel his calmness and willingness to help through his tone. I appreciated that very much. I talked to my contractor afterwards and he said this was his go to store because people in the store were always helpful."

"One stop rip-off. If I could give this place no stars I would. This place is abysmal as well as the hack job installers at BM Flooring. They charge up the ying yang for product you can get for half the price at home depot, have horrible customer service when you need assistance that they "don't like" or "don't want to deal with." We have done 3 projects with them and we liked the product but the installs were horrible and too fast. Planks are separating everywhere. Most recent job, the installers came, had the worst attitudes, felt like they were trying cancel the project the whole time. Found a little bit of mold under a baseboard that my husband immediately sprayed and wiped away and they tried to cancel it. They did not remove a threshold that was supposed to be removed and unfortunately used ALL the leveler to match the floor to that threshold so now the flooring on the other side is too low. When we brought this to their attention we were given the run around, weren't being called back etc. We returned everything and a $3000 job total that was done wrong and had now caused more problems for us to fix and we only received half our money back plus have to fix their mistakes. Not to mention they line item you for EVERYTHING. $100 here, $200 here for labor that takes 15 minutes. It's crazy. This place is a scam. It takes a lot for me to make a bad review of company but this place is horrendous. Get peel and stick from home depot. Less expensive and way easier."

"is there anything worse than terrible to describe this store??? I returned some of the wood floors and waited almost a week then call them about the status of my funds only to be told it wasn’t fully processed.So if i didn’t pay attention to my refunds was my money going to be kept by the store? I’m still trying to process how you process a return and give the person a receipt then keep their money!!! This company is a fraud and I’m filing a complain to BBB."
