"Been here before and like always Winsupply guys are quick to unload. No appt needed to deliver. No complaints with Winsupply. But at 0800 a person knocked on my door to ask if I was here overnight and I said yes. He informed me the neighbors do not like to hear trucks idling. Well, I do not idle and did not last night. It's been a year since last time I was here and no one said anything. In fact when I told the Winsupply guys they said it's the first they have heard of it. So, NO OVERNIGHT PARKING! Winsupply opens at 0700 but they have to load their trucks first. Best time to get in and out 0800. You do have to drive thru a residential area and you will see signs for no trucks over 2 tons and a 12' 1" underpass sign. Do not freak out you do not go towards it. GPS gets me from the Interstate to Winsupply parking lot. Four stars because no parking."

"Horrible customer experience, have been working with this joke of a company for 2 weeks and have made no traction on my warrantied HVAC condenser while my tenants have no access to heat. Tech support is deceitful, and is forcing me to purchase a condenser in full before being refunded for the faulty unit they gave me months later. Do yourself a favor and work with a more ethical company."
