"They start out strong in the Showroom but fail with the Installation, we had one of their installers steal some other materials and the workmanship again started out pretty good but the end result was poor. Talha promised they would fix it but it's been 6 months and all I get is the run around, we will not use this group again. When I called to figure out what they were going to do Talha was very argumentative and threatened me, i'm not used to dealing with threats so we hired someone else to complete the job and make repairs. Buyer beware!!!"

"At Ideal Tile Newton, we experienced fantastic customer service - Talha the store owner himself assisted us with our large master bathroom in any way we could have imagined: the selection of tiles in his store, including his own designed tiles (which are superbly beautiful) is extraordinary and includes tiles that no other place carries. They made every effort to accommodate our complicated schedule. Talha himself tastefully advised us on many interior design details in our bathroom. We met him several times in his store and also at our house and he always gave us great advice and made time for us. The price that we ended up paying for tiles and work was perfectly adequate, in fact, we probably couldn't have gotten a better price for this great quality anywhere else. Talha's workers know what they are doing, they were punctual and very professional and avoided any dirt in our house during construction. Since the store totally cares about their customers, they take their time for each customer. So it is advisable to set up an appointment, which we did, and once there we always got Talha's full attention and time. This is one of the few stores where the owner strives to keep his showroom up-to-date with frequent changes and new tile designs.
