"I was discouraged by previous reviews, but then had a pleasant experience - the customer support is the best I've ever dealt with. I had a problem with a new bandsaw due to my wrong setting. A very nice man, called Phil, let me bring the saw and showed me how to set it correctly. Phil and other person who helped me were very nice, communicative and helpful, a really pleasant experience. I wish all companies had such a customer support. Many thanks!"

"My dad’s brand new bandsaw broke and the warranty guys at Rikon are atrocious. The motor casing broke from a manufacturing/assembly defect and these guys just keep insisting he must have knocked it over when it has no impact damage. Even worse, they haven’t even offered to sell him parts. Very expensive paperweight, don’t bother buying Rikon. He was so excited to finally upgrade to a big boy bandsaw after 30 years of woodworking and it’s junk."

"Had a very minor issue with a $200 Rikon Accessory i purchased from Woodcraft. Woodcraft wasn't very helpful so I called RIKON and they had the issue resolved and the missing part in the mail within 5 minutes of talking to them. Highly recommend. Customer for life. Thanks gentlemen."
