"We bought kitchen cabinets from them. There was an issue with 3 of the lower doors. They referred a sales representative to me from Schrock the cabinet manufacturer. The rep ordered the new doors then I was told by Cape Cod Schrock wouldn't replace the cabinet doors for some stupid reason. Cape Cod could have replaced the doors but wouldn't do it unless we paid again."

When they finally placed the order all of a sudden they couldn't deliver, because they don't listen! Worst experience waste of time, especially during the sale of a property"

"Ok, it took Josh 3 weeks of phone tag to tell me he does not know what he is doing. Is not right. Charging customers, promising 2 weeks, and then treating that order as an option is not right. People schedule time off, hire contractors in hopes that a business would behave responsively. This is not right. We take the money and we'll see if can do anything. 4 year olds have better communication skills. Horrible experience Maybe try to deal with another person or business"
