"My husband and I have always been loyal customers of Seacoast Mills and recommend them to friends often. We go out of our way to buy their lumber and shavings for our farm. Today my husband who recently broke his back ribs went to buy several bags of shavings, he can not lift anything and is in a lot of pain. He asked the guy to help him lift the bags into his truck and explained the situation. He was told to go find someone outside. There was no one around and my husband ended up having to put the bags in himself. I was furious when my husband told me this, what happened to customer service and just plain decency. I won't be supporting this business anymore and will get my shavings at the feed store where they will gladly put them in the truck if asked. Very disappointing."
