They gave us an excellent and affordable price for the new equipment that we needed. They are our well service provider from now on. "Well Works drilled a new deep well for us in 2004. We have had no problems with the well with excellent water quality and quantity. Very pleased with the new well for all these years. Unfortunately, after heavy watering due to the high heat, we suddenly had no water this past Sunday. We called Well Works and left a “help!” message with their answering service. They called back within 1/2 hour to find out what the problem was and walked me through some simple checks on the phone but still we had no water. Jim showed up within the hour and determined the original pump had failed (we are happy to have gotten 16 years out of it). He and his son, Jimmy, were able to pull the old pump up (about 330 feet) and replace it with a new one. We watched the entire process and were very impressed by their knowledge and the thoroughness of the work. They had all the right tools and replacement components with them to complete the new pump installation. We apologized for the weekend call but that was not a problem for them at all. We had water back in about 4 hours of our initial call!! We are very happy with Well Works responsiveness and quality of work. We will not hesitate to use them for future well work and to recommend their services to our friends and neighbors. Five Star service!!!"

"Last week our well pump stopped working just as we were getting up and starting to use the bathroom. Things like that always seem to happen at the most inopportune time. Well Works had a technician out to our house later in the morning. The pump was replaced and we were back in business that afternoon. The technician, James, was great. He was knowledgable and efficient. After running a diagnostic, he explained the problem to me and why the pump failed. "I had an emergency well pump issue and Well Works was one of the companies I contacted. They called me back promptly to talk about the issue and the guy I spoke to (Jimmy) said he could come out that night. This was around 6pm. After arriving and going through the simple tests, he determined that the well pump was pretty much shot. It was almost 28 years old, so it's had a good life span. He was able to get the new pump installed that night! We did run into an issue with the pitless adapter that is still being worked on, but the service tech was able to work up an alternative method to get the water to the house until we can resolve the issue. Over all, I'm happy with the prompt response after hours and the service they performed. The bill was reasonable and affordable and I felt as though he kept me well informed of what was going on, my options, and cost concerns. I'm extra happy with the creativity shown by Jimmy in spite of the issues we had. In the future, Well Works will be my first call when I need any services like this."
