"Ordered 2 cords of firewood. Stacked up the next day with my son…. Received just over one cord…… so basically they stole $300 from me. I spoke directly to the owner and he said he would bring me more wood and never did. It’s a small island I don’t know why you would do business this way??"

Went to the business the next day and complained about it the girl behind the counter took my name and said she would have someone call me, never received a call back. Not a good way to do business."

"If you want to hand over your hard-earned money to a business that openly shows they don't care, give this place a call. On 5/12, called for an estimate on cleaning out and redesigning a couple of plant beds. The guy showed up for the estimate as scheduled. He was knowledgeable and gave us plant and design suggestions. Said to give him a couple of days and he would e-mail the list of plants he suggested, along with prices so we could do further research if we wanted to. After 6 days I had not received the e-mail. On 5/23, I called and was told that she would contact him to find out what was going on and get right back to me. Did not hear back from her. On 5/26, called again and was told she would find out what was going on and call me back. Never heard back from her. Is that a way to run any business? Is that what the business community is teaching the workforce - it's okay to be dishonest and to lead people on."

"Excellent company to do business with. I have used them for both personal and work related projects. If you cant make it to there professional materials yard they will have the material deliver to your job site quickly and more importantly to me dumped exactly where you requested. much to my surprise I actually received a call from the driver just to be sure he was dumping it the correct location."
