"We first met Don and his wife, Peg for our first balloon flight in July 2022. That experience surpassed our expectations. Based on that flight this was our second balloon flight with Misty River Ballooning LLC and my sister in-law joined us. With the colors of fall below us and blue sky above us this balloon ride was another experience we will truly remember for the rest of our lives. From the initial setup of the balloon and through the entire flight Don and his crew made us feel secure and comfortable. With the communication between Don and his crew they kept abreast of the current weather and wind conditions. In addition, Don pointed out various features and landmarks on the ground. With a full explanation from Don, we knew exactly what to expect during the entire flight and the smooth landing. Once we were landing and landed the true professionalism of the entire crew was again demonstrated in their handling of the balloon. We all knew that our enjoyment and safety during the flight was their primary concern and focus. The post flight toast was a pleasant treat and special time to visit with Don, Peg, and the crew.
