"A generous 4 stars as I have shopped here for many years and the floor staff are helpful and customer oriented. More recently when I order online for pickup at the store, I am shocked by the service by some of the cashier staff. The woman I went to to ask did not acknowledge me nor my question (where do I pick up an online order) and walked away. I followed her and she pointed to the floor where there were about 6-8 bags. I was confused and asked her the same question. She did not respond and walked away. I went through the bags and found one of my items but not the others. I went to a different cashier to ask for help. Also no acknowledgement nor response and she saw the bag I had and pointed to two other bags behind the register. I had over 20 pounds of purchases (planting materials) and no offer of a bag to help me carry them out of the store.. I love tags but this was a terrible experience. 4 stars for the store with only one star deducted for these staff."

"A big shout out today to Christy for helping me fix my favorite coat rack that looks like a tree!!!! I have been coming here for years. snow/shovel needs. house needs. Very well stocked. Love the choice of tableware, shower curtains, pots, pans baking goods. They have a very good buyer. The staff is always nice."

"I came in to buy some M5 screws. Unfortunately, what was labeled as "M5" had a 0.4mm pitch when it should have a 0.8mm pitch. (The other pictured screw which I was trying to replace has the correct 0.8mm pitch.)"
