"The worst experience in a tile store!!! This place is the worst, we were in here twice - once to pick out floor tiles about 1.5 years ago and hated the experience, and the second time to place a special order for vintage tiles 1 month ago. Both times we HATED the experience here. There is no one who deals with new clients, you wait a MINIMUM of 1 hour to be acknowledged and when you go to pick up the tiles that you've already paid for, they tend to their "regular" contractors ahead of you (regardless of them having come in after you) and chat them up while you wait. It is NOT worth dealing with this place or the people. We will not be going back to this place again."
