I called on a Thursday afternoon at 3pm with a last minute request for a measurement appointment and quote for flooring install that night, which Mark was able to accommodate by changing around his schedule. He recommended a beautiful carpet and perfect flooring for different parts of my house. We are SUPER happy with how the flooring and carpet turned out. "I had them put in my floor about three years ago and it went wonderfully. I asked for a quote a few months ago when I decided to redo that same floor. I was given a quote about a week later and I questioned the amount of flooring they were requiring me to purchase. My kitchen is very small and the flooring they said I needed was two boxes more than I expected which is a lot of money. I made sure to email me questions to the owner about the possibility of returning the flooring if it wasn't used but never heard back. I ended up buying the flooring from them (at the quantity that I had calculated) and had it installed by a contractor for cheaper than their labor quote. Even with what I bought (two boxes less than they suggested), I had extra. I found this to be the most economical way to do my floors and highly suggest that you review the square footage they put on your quote. Also, ask about the return policy on everything you order. I was unable to return a $50 threshold piece but didn't know until I figured out I didn't need it. I am giving 3/5 because previously I had a great experience but this time, not so much."
