I went to Lowe’s West Bridgewater to return a simple Christmas decoration because it was cheap and broken and VICKY spent 5 minutes giving this item a full inspection all while in silence with a mean grimace. Valued at $14.88 you’d think it was state of the art tech the way VICKY gave it the run down. Ultimately it was an extremely embarrassing moment, uncalled for, and went way beyond what Lowe’s management requires when taking returns. On top of this she was simply unfriendly and had a cold demeanor."
