"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They are supposed to make a warranty repair to my dishwasher and have cashed my check. They told the Whirlpool that the dishwasher had been repaired. They claim to be waiting for parts to be shipped, and that the parts they received were the wrong parts. This has been going on over 3 months. Unacceptable. Will be calling the Better Business Bureau."
"Incompetent. After the initial service appointment, it took two months for parts to arrive. Repeated calls regarding the status of the parts were responded with "I'll look into it and get back to you." These calls were never returned. According to the manufacturer, delays like this are not acceptable. Once parts came in, all of the parts necessary to complete the repair weren't present. Technician committed to ordering additional parts and to a follow up visit. Parts were never ordered, repair ticket was closed, and I was never contacted. Upon contacting Allstate Appliance about this, I was told a new service ticket was necessary. The attitude of the receptionist was poor. A new service provider will be completing the repair."
"AVOID USING THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! The only reason why we are using this company is because Maytag is paying for all of the repairs and have some type of working agreement with this company. I have been working with this company since June to try and fix my dishwasher. I have had several appointments that were a WASTE! They came out diagnosed it and ordered a part. Came in to replace the part and said the part was a dud and that’s why the machine wasn’t work so ordered a new one again. The tech that then came out to install that new part said that wasn’t the problem and needed to order a different part. The next appointment the tech is on the way and calls me saying for some reason i have two files and they ordered the same part as last time instead of the different part they were supposed to and canceled on me. After 3 weeks of waiting I called them asking if that part came in and they said yes and set up an appointment. The day of the appointment I call 15 min before the start of the appointment time to get a better idea of what time they would be here and they told me the tech called out sick and needed to rescheduled. The woman said I was on the list to call but they hadn’t gotten to me yet. This company’s organization is completely ridiculous, they don’t cancel and reschedule and they don’t have a clue as to what’s going on and continue to waste my time by coming out with incorrect parts. The customer service is ridiculous and the girls are so rude. Several times throughout this process I have had to call them and they always have an attitude, hang up so quickly, and rush to get you off the phone. There was one incident where I had called 6 times in the matter of 2 weeks trying to get an answer and each time I was told I would be called back later in the day because they needed to talk to the tech and then never called me back. Finally on the 6th time when they asked to call me back I said no I will wait while she finds the answer because I had been calling for 2 weeks and talked to them 5 times and each time you said you would call me back and never did so I will wait. At this point I am willing to cut my loses and pay for my own repair instead of Maytag with an actual company that takes this serious and doesn’t have this unprofessional behavior. If I could give less than a 1 star rating I would. Absolutely horrible and terrible, do not use this company! P.S. I never write reviews, this is my first review ever and I just felt like my experience has been so horrible that I couldn’t keep this to myself and needed to share it."
"We bought a Brand new Microwave in December 2017. Stopped working on April 10. I called the manufacturer and they organized with Allstate appliance to fix it. Repair man came out on 4/11. Diagnosed as a bad motherboard. Said he'll order the part and come back in a week To fix it. Annoying but ok. Fast forward 9 days. I called for an update. Woman on the phone was rude and short with me. She was quite condescending explaining to me why the parts weren’t in stock. I called back on 4/26 for another update. Amazingly, they had “just gotten the delivery” and could come our next day to fix it. They can come between 8-12. I asked for a courtesy call 10 minutes out to put the dog away and my wife could get the baby situated. No call. Anyhow, repair man shows up. Takes everything out of my cabinet, takes down the microwave to fix it. Guess what? He forgot the fuse he needed. He was going to grab it the next morning and come back to fix it. He wanted to leave the microwave on my kitchen island, disassembled, and just leave. We said absolutely not, he rolled his eyes and reinstalled the (still quite broken) microwave. I said see you tomorrow. This was 4/27/18. Fast forward to yesterday (5/16/18). I call the company and spoke to Ms. pleasant on the phone. She puts me on hold and when she picks back up, she told me that they’re waiting on the motherboard. I explained that was already changed out and we just needed the fuse. She sighs and then she puts me on hold again. She comes back and said that they had to special order the fuse, but guess what???? The fuse had arrived THIS MORNING. Hallelujah. The tech was scheduled to come out tomorrow and fix it between 8-12. I asked for a courtesy call. He just showed up. No call. It would have been worth it to me to buy a new microwave and never worked with this company. It’s been 6+ weeks. This whole process and warranty claim was free. And I still feel like it was overpriced. Terrible customer service. The tech was a nice guy. He did everything he could. Frustrating experience Update: microwave still not fixed."
"We have had a longstanding issue with the pump of our dishwasher. Allstate was contracted by Whirlpool and they were absolutely fantastic. The secretaries who helped set up our service call as well as track when various parts of and related to the pump were efficient, kind, and explained as much as they could about what to expect moving forward. When the glorious day came when we had all of the parts for the pump, Paul came by and swiftly and judiciously got our dishwasher up and running again. He was extraordinarily thorough, kind, and informative. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Allstate is excellent!"
