"Very easy to shop online. Good communication with texts, order was ready for pickup soon after ordering. Only problem was curbside pickup did not work. They sent me an easy to use text link to notify them I was at the curbside spot, but after waiting at least 5 minutes I had to go in and find soneone. No biggie but can't give 5 stars."

"Glad I'm moving soon and don't have to deal with this store much longer. Prices crazy high. At least one employee makes inappropriate jokes in front of customers. Online pickup orders never go smoothly when it comes time to pick up items. The only reason they are getting away with this is because it is the only hardware store in Ayer. I hope a new hardware store comes to town soon and forces this terrible store to improve"
