"Living in Bolton, We have gone to many tile shops from Maynard down to Shrewsbury looking for backsplash tile for the kitchen and accent tile for above the cook top, then went to Once Upon a Tile and my husband and I were so impressed! From the outside the store doesn't look like much but once you get inside that's when I had the oh wow moment. Great visual displays, not overwhelming and the staff was great and took the time to listen and bring some great ideas to the table. They had all the major tile brands like the other stores but when it came to unique accent tile, they hit it out of the ball park! Working with Gab to pick out just the right accent tile for above the stove was actually fun, not overwhelming! She was able to show us from an email picture of the kitchen we sent her, what the new tile would look like. That was awesome and high tech! So worth the drive and we found everything we wanted there."

"We had them install a tile backsplash in our newly renovated kitchen a few years ago. After reading some negative reviews, I can only say our experience was great! Their attention to every detail was impressive and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again! The installation came out perfectly and they had a better selection of tile after we spent way too much time trying to find the right color between HD and Lowes who tend to buy in big common lots with less to choose from!"
