I was very impressed with several factors such as abundance of inventory, ample personal on staff and willingness to engage with the customers. If there is one thing I have learned over the years as a customer in a small town trades person environment, is that the smallest effort of customer service, a smile a nod, eye contact or a question of "are you allset", is very much appreciated and will keep customers loyal and comming back through the door.
