"I have their Trust Guard windows in my whole house.Installed in 2012 before I moved in. The lumber yard that sold the windows is now out of business. So they won’t help me get new sashes 3 of which have lost the seal and are all fogged and terrible looking. I do not want anything for free just be able to re-purchase. Even though it does say transferable life time warranty. People who answered the phone blew me off cause I am out of area. Didn’t even ask my name. Didn’t seem to care just googled and number to a disconnected line and gave me that."

"This is my fourth year in my new home with National Vinyl windows. I purchased 29 triple glazed windows and 3 double glaze windows from them. They were very affordable, very eco-friendly and I am extremely delighted with their performance. Yes I had a couple of minor issues with 2 of the windows, and when I had those issues they sent their repair guy out and he took care of them (seals on the outside made the closing process hard). Take a look at what the big box stores offer and charge for double glaze so-so windows and then get in touch with National Vinyl and ask about their triple glaze windows. FANTASTIC overall performance; insulation is solid both in cold winters and hot summer times, and noise reduction is terrific. You might pay a few bucks more for them compared to what Home Depot can give you, BUT you will get a very high performing window (its your house so do it right). They are a great small manufacturer that focuses on quality high-efficiency windows with great service and great prices!"
