"I gave one star only because I had to. Tom seemed very nice when we met him and eventually purchased 3000sq ft. of White Oak hardwood flooring. We were building a new house and Tom said he would purchase and then store the flooring until our house was ready for the floor to be installed. That day came and I took a day out of work so I could assist with unloading the flooring. I called Tom around 2:00pm ,2 hours after they were scheduled to arrive, and asked when they would arrive at which time he said they weren’t coming as one of his delivery guys didn’t show up for work. The rescheduling went on for three weeks at which time Tom admitted to taking our money (fraud) and not buying the flooring. Unfortunately, the lies didn’t stop there. He said he would take a personal loan to purchase the flooring and then deliver. He then involved the Lumber Yard in Tennessee to let us know he had placed an order but had not paid for the order and would do the next day at which time the flooring would be shipped. Tom continued to mislead both us and the Lumber Yard in TN and never paid for the flooring at which time we involved our credit card company. Our credit card company is now pursuing Tom for reimbursement. We never received our flooring from Tom (TS Mann Lumber) and he cost us almost 3 months with all of his stories and lies. Buy at a very high risk with this guy."

"I love this place. This is as old school as old school can get. I talked to multiple here and they all had answers for me. Super helpful!! We rummaged a bit picked out what we needed an headed in to pay. They were able to deliver same day!! The delivery driver helped us unload was super awesome. I so glad I found their advertisement on craigslist."
