"Phenomenal spot. Jordan knows how to handle dogs and gives them ample space to play. We appreciate that the dogs are able to play in a vast area that is outside. Jordan responds quickly to texts and calls and provides updates if necessary. We feel very lucky to have found this business."
"My dogs had a great time here for the week. He takes great care of the dogs. My dogs got to go on adventure hikes that they normally dont get to experience. They slept almost 12 hours once they got home. Will bring them here again and again.Thank you for taking care and posting videos so I could see my doggos daily."
"Great place! Our dog loves being outside all day, running and socializing with the other dogs. The owner really knows dogs!"
"We’ve been going here for many many years with our dogs varying in breed and attitude- Jordan and his staff have always been top notch-both professional and personable And ALL of our dogs walk into the office not only willingly but excited. They truly understand dogs and how to read different behaviors. One of ours isn’t great with other dogs but they handle him well and he does much better with their relaxed approach Love this place"
"A couple years ago, we boarded two of our dogs together. One pup was rushed to the vet the day we came home & died of kidney failure the day after... Our other pup was healthy when we returned. When we picked the pups up, the staff told us they'd nicknamed him "sad sack" because he was vomiting so much. I believe they thought his vomiting was stress-induced, from being boarded... I wish they would've taken him to the vet or at least told us he'd stopped eating. My spouse works at an ER vet, so our dog's health was easily checked before being boarded. Both dog's bloodwork etc. was healthy. The vet that checked Flash wrote Hidden Acres a letter, telling them that Flash may have survived if they'd sought veterinary care... We just came home too late to save him. I don't think Hidden Acres meant harm or anything like that, but something happened that I can't explain. I don't know what happened or why, but we lost our dog. This experience broke our hearts. Neither of us could get over feeling like he was in a kennel, dying, while we were on vacation (getting engaged). We were guilt-ridden. Hidden Acres may respond to this and say that Flash's death is not their fault or was a tragic accident- and I can't say different, because I don't know what happened. I'm writing this review now, because I was asked by a friend for boarding references and I believe people have a right to know THIS happened. * The photo in the woods is one that Hidden Acres took and sent to us while we were away. * The photo in the car was taken on the way home after picking the two pups up."
