"I am redoing my kitchen and needed new flooring. I went to LL flooring not knowing what to expect for service or products. I had a great experience working with Ottis, who walked me thru the process from figuring out the extra I would need , as well as the thresholds and more. He spent a good amount of time helping me pick out my entry area flooring as well. I had to stop by the store on a couple of occassions during the installation of the flooring and dealt with other staff members and found them all knowlegable, proffessional and pleasant.. I would recommend them to anyone needing flooring."

"Haven't received my floors yet so will see about the quality but so far the customer service is brutal. It seems like they are bothered each time I ask about my order. When they let me know my order was going to be delayed a week throwing the timing off for me vacating my apartment and moving into my home, they couldn't have cared less that timing matters in this instance. "It'll be in next week Tuesday or Wednesday" said flatly. When I called today (Monday) for an update so I could let the floor guy who was scheduled over a month ago know the time frame, they answered, "Hello Scott, it will be here tomorrow." in the most annoyed voice. I miss old school customer service for sure. Update: I did call customer service upon the suggestion in the response and the representative heard the complaint and offered a partial refund for the trouble."
