"I have been taking my dogs here for a while and this was the worst haircut my dogs has ever had. Their cut was all uneven and her face looked horrible. Not to mention they have been non stop inching since picking them up. I am so upset and will never return here again. Who ever cut their hair was obviously unexperienced."

"Was not the groomer, Petco in general. Went to buy a few fish for a small aquarium...choose some pearl danio... spoke with the manager was clear I didn't know what I was doing and she gave us the fish in a bag. Got home about an hour and 20 minutes later all dead. When I called, she said "everyone knows" you have about 40 minutes to an hour or they will die. NO not everyone! Not sure which part of I've never had fish and don't know what I am doing was unclear! Petsmart for me, they have never treated me like dim wit"

"25 minutes before my appointment they cancelled my dogs grooming that i had to wait 2.5 weeks for and they didnt even care. the girl that called me said there was nothing they can do to compensate me for my time as i was already heading there. Its not around the corner from my house. There customer service needs some help. I asked for manager and got a bogus answer stating they were busy on the phone. I will never recommend anyone there and will be further taking my money and business to a different pet supplier and groomer."
