"We have been coming to Gentle Grooms for many years with multiple dogs and there is just no grooming place that even comes close to the amount of patience, care and attention to details that Sandy offers. She carefully schedules the appointments where each dog gets close to undivided attention, and is ready to be picked up in a couple of hours instead of spending a whole day in a cage. Hence, even after moving to Metrowest we still schedule our grooming appointments and take our furry babies to a groomer that really loves taking care of them!! Please book in advance, since Sandy’s schedule does fill up quickly!!"

"I normally don't write reviews, but this was one of the best nail trimming experiences my dog and I have ever had. My pup doesn't mind having his nails trimmed, but we've still had bad or mediocre experiences, but not at Gentle Grooms! The owner was very friendly, and worked with me to find the best way for my dog,who has some arthritis in his joints. Furthermore, the groomer was very gentle with the dog she was grooming and the environment was quiet and clean, unlike some groomers with unhappy, barking dogs."
