Their ability to handle my moms dogs, especially the big one who normally has terrible social anxiety, has always impressed me. "I have been taking Spike (Terrier/Wolfhound Mix) to The Grooming Palace for a few years now. Spike is typically a dog that gets real nervous going into groomers due to the noise, commotion, and overall anxiety of it all. When he arrives at The Grooming Palace he runs to the door without his leash and does not hesitate to enter. This just goes to show the level of trust and comfort he has for the staff and environment. Not only is he satisfied when he is there but I am always happy when I pick him up. He always comes out looking and smelling great. Whether its just his standard puppy cut or other services done I have always been happy. When it is time to leave Spike always runs back to say bye to the staff and is always given a treat. Based on overall cost, performance, and most importantly the security and happiness of Spike I recommend this groomer to anyone. I have been elsewhere and can attest that I have paid far more for a less professional cut."
