"Update: the wonderful groomer we worked with left. I believe the owner closed her other location, so we weren’t able to be reassigned to another groomer. A bit disappointing after being clients for over a year. I can’t say how the other groomers are, but the one who left was wonderful. Lowered the rating for customer service when eliminating regular clients. We’ve been taking our puppy to the North Reading location since we got him in April. They not only do a great job but they’ve also been very patient with our puppy who has overexcitement issues. I’ll admit I don’t have anything to compare them to, but I’m also not feeling to need to look elsewhere!"

"I've been taking my two dogs (aussie mix & yorkiepoo) to Sassy Paws consistently for about a year and cannot say enough good things about them. I had tried several groomers in the area that either weren't consistent with quality of the cuts or just completely missed the mark as far as what we were looking for in our dogs' haircuts or used far too much perfume etc. Their location is clean and I love to follow their Instagram for shop updates and cute pup pics as well.
